For many years Emma worked for a life insurance provider as a medical interviewer and team leader based on her previous medical career.
Emma led a team of 25 nurses as the coaching and development lead for the South-West offices ensuring customer service and compliance was paramount.
Emma is very proactive and inclusive in her approach and oversees all office departments such as Human Resources, Rostering Management, Recruitment, Administration and Training.
Emma is also a fully qualified and experienced project manager gaining her Prince2 qualifications in 2015.
